USE - Used as extreme pressure anti-sticking anti-corrosion thread coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high solid content, good compactness, good wear resistance and pressure resistance, self-radiating performance, strong corrosion resistance, high adhesion, strong water resistance, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the extreme pressure anti-sticking anti-corrosion thread coating comprising adding silicone resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane and graphene into the reaction kettle for stirring, stirring temperature is 45-55degrees Celsius, stirring speed is 600 revolutions/minute, and stirring time is 30-35 minutes, adding silver powder, nano aluminium oxide powder, nano ceramic powder, talc powder, and titanium dioxide for stirring, stirring temperature is 65-75degrees Celsius, stirring speed is 1000 revolutions/minute and stirring time is 10-15 minutes, cooling to 35-40degrees Celsius, adding dimethyl silicone oil, curing agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent and acetone, and stirring the coating at stirring speed of 600 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes.
