NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nano belt comprises e.g. adding carbon nano wall into the concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, adding deionized water, washing using hydrochloric acid, carrying out suction filtration to obtain filtrate, obtaining carbon nano wall slurry, drying carbon nano wall slurry, adding ion liquid, mixing uniformly, stripping, primary filtering to obtain the filter residue, filtering through an organic solvent filter, adding deionized water until the filtrate is neutral, drying the filter residue to constant weight. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nano belt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces nano belt with improved doping effect and good uniformity and uses ionic liquid as solvents that can prevent agglomeration of nano belt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nano belt, comprises (a) preparing carbon nano wall slurry: adding carbon nano wall into the concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate and stirring, then adding deionized water, washing using hydrochloric acid, carrying out suction filtration to obtain filtrate, which is neutral, obtaining carbon nano wall slurry, and (b) preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nano belt: drying carbon nano wall slurry, adding ion liquid and mixing uniformly, adding nitrogen-doped under power of 1000-2000 w microwave and stripping for 10-300 minutes, primary filtering to obtain the filter residue, then filtering through an organic solvent filter, adding deionized water until the filtrate is neutral, drying the filter residue to constant weight to obtain the nano belt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-doped graphene nano belt, prepared according the above mentioned method.
