NOVELTY - A graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber nanocomposite material comprises 100 parts mass fluororubber, 0.1-15 parts mass graphene, 0.5-20 parts mass carbon black, 0.5-20 parts mass carbon fiber, 3-7 parts mass oxide or hydroxide acid acceptor, 2-5 parts mass peroxide or bisphenol curing agent, 0.2-7 parts mass auxiliary crosslinking agent and 0.5-5 parts mass silane coupling agent. Also claimed is, Preparation of graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber. The preparation method adopts a ball mill method to pre-disperse the graphene. USE - Graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method adopts a ball mill method to pre-disperse the graphene, so that the dispersibility of the graphene in the fluororubber is improved, and the erosion resistance of the fluororubber is effectively improved. The erosion loss is reduced by 62% compared to fluororubber without graphene and not pre-dispersed. The erosion loss is further reduced by 43% compared with graphene-based fluororubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber nanocomposite material comprises 100 parts mass fluororubber, 0.1-15 parts mass graphene, 0.5-20 parts mass carbon black, 0.5-20 parts mass carbon fiber, 3-7 parts mass oxide or hydroxide acid acceptor, 2-5 parts mass peroxide or bisphenol curing agent, 0.2-7 parts mass auxiliary crosslinking agent and 0.5-5 parts mass silane coupling agent. The graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber is prepared by (i) adding graphene, carbon black and carbon fiber into a ball mill, weighing ball milling medium having three different specifications according to the ball ratio of 3:1, adding into the ball mill, adding anhydrous ethanol so that anhydrous ethanol does not pass through the mixture of graphene, carbon black and carbon fibers, sealing with a seal and opening a cooling cycle button, setting the temperature to 10 degrees C, revolution of ball mill to 200-400 rpm and rotation speed of ball mill to 500-800 rpm and grinding for 0.5-4 hours, preparing silane coupling agent ethanol solution with concentration of 0.5-5%, then adding silane coupling agent ethanol solution to the ball mill, turning off cooling water and continually grinding for 0.5-2 hours, then drying in an environment of 80 degrees C or less to obtain mixed graphene/carbon black/carbon fiber mixed powder, (ii) adding fluororubber, mixed graphene/carbon black/carbon fiber mixed powder, oxide or hydroxide acid acceptor to the mixer, mixing at 60-90 degrees C for 10-80 minutes to obtain blend, (iii) mixing the blend obtained in step (ii) with curing agent and auxiliary crosslinking agent on a two-roll mill, and milling to obtain nanocomposite blend, (iv) subjecting the nanocomposite blend into high temperature vulcanization according to the type of curing agent and obtaining graphene-containing erosion-resistant fluororubber nanocomposite.
