NOVELTY - The modulator has a space optical coupling module provided with an optical transparent prism. A waveguide electro-optic modulating module is provided with a cladding on a medium metal external electrode, a graphene electrode, an electro-optic medium sandwich layer, a lower metal external electrode, a graphite electrode and a medium substrate. The waveguide electro-optic modulating module is operated under applied voltage to realize modulation of a spatial light wave. The waveguide electro-optic modulating module is fixed on the graphene electrode. USE - Graphene-based reflective spatial light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator can work operate on transverse or transverse magnetic waves without polarization dependence. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The medium substrate is made of transparent material.
