▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The divider has silica dielectric substrate (401) operated in a far infrared frequency bands. A central region (402) of graphene is provided in form of T-shape. Electromagnetic wave incident on an input port (101) is divided symmetrically between output ports (102, 103) to prevent the electrmagnetic wave from being propagated to the output ports. Propagation of surface plasmon-polarization is guided in graphene nanofits and in a central region of graphene for controlling the electromagnetic wave flux incident on the input port of the device by changing Fermi energy of the central part of graphene with application of an electrostatic field due to electrical potential difference applied between the dielectric substrate and a T-shaped central graphene structure for plasmonic integrated circuits. USE - Electromagnetic key and three-port ultra compact power divider. ADVANTAGE - The divider guarantees better performance over a wide frequency range.
