▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a micro optical fiber fixed on a substrate to cover a graphene film on the optical fiber. Two wire electrodes are attached on edge of the graphene film. The micro optical fiber, the graphene film and a gold electrode package are adhered on the substrate via UV glue by a micro optical fiber joint and a gold electrode joint. The micro optical fiber joint is connected by a single mode optical fiber access path via a transmission optical carrier signal. The gold electrode joint is connected with a power modulation signal. The substrate is formed as silicon substrate. USE - Graphite alkene-nano fiber composite structure electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator is simple in structure, inexpensive, small in size and convenient to operate, and has high efficiency and high speed electro-optic modulation of a chip. The modulator realizes signal light without polarization without system error and optical loss. The modulator reduces crystal refraction effect with better pulse quality, graphite alkene electric optical response sensitivity and quick modulation speed.
