▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide fluorescence-enhanced functional nucleic acid hydrogel, involves preparing long single-stranded DNA product by a branched rolling circle amplification reaction HRCA, graphene oxide nanomaterials and fluorescent copper nanomaterials clusters, adding graphene oxide nanomaterial and the double primers of the branched rolling circle amplification reaction, physically adsorbing the long single-stranded DNA product through the amplification reaction and cross-linking to obtain graphene oxide-HRCA hydrogel, where the long single-stranded DNA product provides a nucleation sequence for the formation of fluorescent nanoclusters, after added to the nanocluster formation system, forming fluorescent nanoclusters in the graphene oxide-HRCA hydrogel, and generating fluorescence under excitation at a specific wavelength. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide fluorescence-enhanced functional nucleic acid hydrogel which is used in molecular detection and biological imaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves water gel network density and viscoelasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the graphene oxide fluorescence-enhanced functional nucleic acid hydrogel, obtained by the preparation method, which is in molecular detection and biological imaging.
