NOVELTY - Coolant additive composition comprises 3-20 wt.% liquid silicate compound, 20-35 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 10-20 wt.% tourmaline, 5-10 wt.% biotite, 10-15 wt.% elvan stone, 5-10 wt.% illite, 1-5 wt.% yttrium oxide, 0.5-2.5 wt.% germanium oxide, 0.01-5 wt.% nanosilver, 0.1-3 wt.% dispersant, and water. The dispersant includes a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide ternary block copolymer. The weight ratio of germanium oxide, yttrium oxide and graphene is 1:2-4:2-5. USE - The coolant additive is useful for automobile engine. ADVANTAGE - The coolant additive: prevents engine damage due to overheating of an automobile engine; has excellent cooling efficiency, effect of preventing soot generation due to incomplete combustion, mixability, dispersibility, formulation stability, fuel efficiency improvement and noise prevention effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the cooling water additive, comprising stirring a first mixture including liquid silicate compound, titanium dioxide, graphene, tourmaline, biotite, elvan, illite, yttrium oxide, germanium oxide, dispersant, and water at 60-90° C, and adding nanosilver into the resultant mixture and the dispersing agent including polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide ternary block copolymer.
