▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Road marking patch comprises 40-70 pts. wt. colored polyurethane prepolymer containing silicon, 10-30 pts. wt. glass beads modified with silane coupling agent, 100-120 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyamide 651, and mesh cloth having specific size is (4asterisk4)mm, 165 g/m2, and (30asterisk50) cm. USE - The road marking patch is useful for patching the ground (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The road marking patch has excellent alkali resistance, excellent skid resistance and excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of road marking patch comprising (i) placing 5-10 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol in reactor equipped with an electric stirrer, constant pressure dropping funnel, thermometer and drying tube in a three-necked flask, reacting at 110 degrees C with decompression pressure of 0.02-0.04 MPa, dehydrating, and naturally cooling to 65 degrees C, then diluting with 10-30 pts. wt. acetone solution having a concentration of 30%, stirring at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute to obtain color polyurethane prepolymer, then adding 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate into diluent, then adding 10-30 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, diluting with 1-30 pts. wt. acetone at a concentration of 30%, then adding into to three flasks, then adding 5-10 pts. wt. toner and 1-10 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, stirring at 65 degrees C with a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions per minute for 15-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain a colored silicon-containing polyurethane prepolymer, (ii) subjecting 10-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 10-50 pts. wt. glass microspheres having a particle diameter of 400 mu m into 500 ml beaker, stirring at 50 degrees C with a stirrer at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute for 1-5 minutes to obtain coating of glass beads, adding 10-30 pts. wt. silane coupling agent-modified glass microspheres into 40-70 pts. wt. color polyurethane prepolymer, stirring at 1000-3000 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes with a high speed mixer to obtain polyurethane-coated colored glass microbeads, and (iii) adding 100-120 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy resin into a three-necked flask, heating in an oil bath at 100 degrees C for 1-5 minutes, then vacuum dehydrating for 2 hours, heating the dehydrated epoxy resin to 50 degrees C, adding 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane-coated artificial stained glass beads into dehydrated epoxy resin, and adding 10-20 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. 0.2-0.3% 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid and 5-10 pts. wt. polyamide 651, stirring at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute for 3-5 minutes, and carrying out ring opening reaction of polyurethane and epoxy resin and then coating uniformly on a mesh cloth having a size of (4asterisk4)mm, 165 g/m2 and (30asterisk50) cm with a doctor blade, and allowing to stand for 4-6 hours to obtain final product; and (2) use of road marking patch comprising carrying out decontamination of road marking patch, then adding into water, polishing, and then coating with adhesive and directly attaching to the ground.
