▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene filled melamine-formaldehyde resin antistatic material comprises: (a) dispersing the water or organic disperse liquid of graphene into formaldehyde solution; (b) adding melamine; (c) cutting the paper; (d) dipping the test paper into graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin; (e) putting with resin into a vacuum drying box to dry; (f) taking out the dry paper and repeating the process in (d) and (e); (g) putting on the smooth aluminum alloy plate; heating; and (h) testing the surface resistance of graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin decorative adhesion board. USE - The process is useful for preparing graphene filled melamine-formaldehyde resin antistatic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In utilizing the process, the surface resistance of the melamine-formaldehyde resin modified by graphene is reduced to 106 ohms from 1012 to 1014 ohms; thus, avoiding electrostatic danger in use process of melamine-formaldehyde resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene filled melamine-formaldehyde resin antistatic material comprises: (a) dispersing the water or organic disperse liquid of graphene into formaldehyde solution according to a certain ratio; where the weight ratio of graphene to formaldehyde is 1:10000 to 1:100; supersonically dispersing; where the organic solvent is dimethyl formamide (DMF), acetone, toluene, methanol, or ethanol; the concentration of the graphene disperse liquid is 1 g of grapheme/1000 g of solvent to 1 g of grapheme/20 g of solvent; and the weight content of the formaldehyde solution is 37%; (b) adding melamine with amount equal to 40% of molar amount of formaldehyde into solution obtained in (a) to form graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin; (c) cutting the paper for decoration adhesion board according to certain size; preparing three pieces of test paper for decoration adhesion board each time and numbering; where the size of the paper for decoration adhesion board is 2 cmx 2 cm to 1.0 cmx 1.0 cm; (d) dipping the test paper into graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin; after fully dipping, removing redundant resin; (e) putting the test paper with resin into a vacuum drying box to dry at 80-140 degrees C; (f) taking out the dry paper and repeating the process in (d) and (e); (g) putting one piece of paper dipped with graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin on the smooth aluminum alloy plate; heating for 15 minutes at 135 degrees C and at 4-100 atm by the oil press; obtaining graphene modified decorative adhesion board; and (h) testing the surface resistance of graphene-melamine-formaldehyde resin decorative adhesion board.
