▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing L-xylose by heterogeneous method comprises (i) dissolving L-arabinose, ammonium molybdate, acetic acid in water, reacting in heat preservation environment, cooling to room temperature, and neutralizing using calcium carbonate, (ii) adding activated carbon into solution, stirring, decoloring, filtering, concentrating filtrate by a graphene layered concentrating device, (iii) concentrating the filtrate to separation concentration, separating by ion exchange column to obtain L-xylose section separation collecting liquid, (iv) concentrating collected solution to substantially anhydrous by the graphene layered concentration device, crystallizing by cooling and filtering, (v) inputting the crystal into the buffer box, and obtaining set amount of crystals through quantitative device, and (vi) transporting quantitative crystal to the segmented crystal suspension drying device through the arrangement device, and drying the crystal by segmented crystal suspension drying method. USE - The method is useful for preparing L-xylose by heterogeneous method. ADVANTAGE - The L-xylose is very convenient for post-processing and easy to purify, and the method quickly dries the moisture of the crystal, so the crystal is dried quickly and the required heat energy is small.
