NOVELTY - Device comprises e.g. a main chamber (10) provided with at least one translucent window (12) which is sealed at outside, a supply roll (21) for supplying catalyst substrate for graphene synthesis into the main chamber which is provided at one side of the main chamber, and a recovery chamber provided on the other side of the main chamber for recovering the catalyst substrate which is accommodating in the supply chamber (21). USE - The device is useful for producing graphene by roll-to-roll method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device reduces energy loss, do not damage and contaminate internal reaction gas, performs smoothly, and has flexible property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene manufacturing apparatus, comprises a main chamber provided with at least one translucent window which is sealed at outside, a supply roll for supplying catalyst substrate for graphene synthesis into the main chamber which is provided at one side of the main chamber, a recovery chamber provided on the other side of the main chamber for recovering the catalyst substrate which is accommodating in the supply chamber, a near infrared ray heating module for irradiating near infrared rays on the catalyst substrate by passing through the interior of the main chamber which is disposed outside of the translucent window, and a gas supply valve for supplying process gas containing reactive gas into the main chamber. The main chamber provided with more than two main chamber modules (11) which are coupled in series. The translucent window is provided on one side of at least one of the main chamber modules.
