▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing M-2 type friction lining wear acoustic alarm comprises (1) mixing 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-35 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 1-3 pts. wt. compounding agent and 6-15 pts. wt. resin for heat treatment, mixing evenly and placing it into the internal mixer for banburying, placing the mixed body after banburying into open mixer for mixing to form material A, (2) sending 10-20 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 8-9 pts. wt. nano rare earth silicate, 5-25 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide and 1-12 pts. wt. friction powder to agglomeration separation mechanism before mixing to obtain material B after fully stirring and mixing, (3) adding carbon fiber to a high-speed mixer with a reamer together with the mixed raw materials, and the mixture is mixed for 11-16 minutes, adding the inorganic binder and continuing to mix for 18-32 minutes to obtain mixed raw material C, (4) extruding the mixed raw material C in step (3) and (5) riveting the piano wire to the friction plate. USE - The method is useful for preparing M-2 type friction lining wear acoustic alarm. ADVANTAGE - The acoustic alarm utilizes piano wire to be riveted to the friction plate by bending the best sounding angle. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for preparing M-2 type friction lining wear acoustic alarm. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
