NOVELTY - The sensor has a three-dimensional graphene part covered with an elastic polymer basal body. An elastic high molecular substrate is fixedly connected with a three-dimensional graphite alkene part through a wire. A fulmargin silver piece is connected with the three-dimensional graphene part through the wire. The three-dimensional graphene part is made of foam nickel material. An elastic macromolecule substrate is made of polydimethyl siloxane material. The elastic polymer basal body is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material. USE - Flexible vibration sensor for use in an outside signal measuring serial-connection testing circuit and a difference lock phase circuit (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple to design and convenient to operate, and has wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an outside signal measuring serial-connection testing circuit (2) an outside signal measuring difference lock phase circuit.
