▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite fluorosilicone self-crosslinking resin comprises 30-40 pts. wt. hydroxyethoxy allyl ether, 50-60 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 25-35 pts. wt. undecylenic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 8-10 pts. wt. vinylsiloxane, 50-60 pts. wt. trifluorochloroethylene, 4-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 125-150 pts. wt. solvent, and 5-6 pts. wt. initiator, where the self-crosslinking resin is prepared by in-situ polymerization of above raw materials. USE - The graphene composite fluorosilicone self-crosslinking resin: is useful in finish paint for preparing heavy anticorrosive paint; and for offshore wind power, sea and river bridge ships, containers, offshore platforms and port machinery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process; utilizes graphene oxide is evenly dispersed in the resin, and is firmly bonded to the resin, which avoids the disadvantages of graphene easy agglomeration; and increases interfacial strength after the coating cured, and thus improves the corrosion resistance of the graphene coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene composite fluorosilicone self-crosslinking resin, comprising mixing hydroxyethoxy allyl ether, vinyl acetate, undecylenic acid, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, vinyl siloxane, graphene oxide, solvent and initiator, then adding trifluorochloroethylene and reacting at 72-74 degrees C for 16-18 hours, adding solvent and initiator, and continue reacting for 4-6 hours, raising the temperature to 80-85 degrees C for 4-6 hours, lowering the temperature and filtering out the material to obtain final product; (2) graphene composite fluorosilicone self-crosslinking resin finish paint, comprising 64-70 pts. wt. graphene composite fluorosilicone self-crosslinking resin, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 23-30 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. kaolin, 8.3-9 pts. wt. diluent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. defoamer; and (3) preparing graphene composite fluorine silicon self-crosslinking resin finish paint, comprising uniformly mixing the components of finish paint, and sand mill dispersing.
