▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified epoxy anticorrosive coating free of organic solvents comprises 5-30 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy resin, 2-10 pts. wt. MOFs-carbon nanotube-graphene composition nanomaterials, 10-45 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 5-20 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-8 pts. wt. additives, 2-10 pts. wt. water, where the mass ratio of MOFs, carbon nanotubes and graphite in the MOFs-carbon nanotube-graphene composition nanomaterials of alkene is (0.1-0.2):(0.02-0.05):1, where the carbon nanotubes are connected to MOFs and dispersed between graphene sheets to form a multi-dimensional network structure and the MOFs are formed by transition metal ions and imidazole ligands. USE - The modified epoxy anticorrosive coating/modified epoxy anticorrosive coating is useful in marine engineering and metal industry anticorrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified epoxy anticorrosive coating: has more excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the MOFs-carbon nanotube-graphene composition nanomaterial, comprising mixing water-soluble transition metal salt, an imidazole compound, a carbon nanotube, graphene oxide, and an alcohol solvent, mixing, and then complexing in sequence reaction and reduction reactions to obtain MOFs-carbon nanotube-graphene composition nanomaterials, reacting complexing reaction for 20-40 degrees C for 5-24 hours.
