▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gas gel and hydrogen storage alloy blend comprises (i) smelting first alloy at 700-1600℃ and ball milling to obtain hydrogen storage alloy powder, and annealing at 600-1200℃ for 5-12 hours; (ii) adding the hydrogen storage alloy powder of step (i) into the mixed dispersion liquid, reacting for 18-27 hours at 140-250℃ to obtain the hydrogel, adding 0-3 mg of hydrogen storage alloy powder into each ml of mixed dispersion; and (iii) pre-treating the hydrogel in the step (ii), and then freezing and drying to obtain the mixture of gas gel and hydrogen storage alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing gas gel and hydrogen storage alloy blend. ADVANTAGE - The gas gel and hydrogen storage alloy blend: has good hydrogen storage capacity and heat conducting performance; is suitable for hydrogen storage tank under different pressure; and can adjust the elastic performance according to the actual need to adapt different application scenes.
