NOVELTY - Gravure printing method of graphene radio-frequency identification (RFID) electronic label involves setting UV pre-solidifying area in gravure printing machine, locating UV pre-solidifying area at one side of gravure printing roller and between scraping blade and impression roller, attaching conductive ink in ink tank to gravure tank of gravure roller, scraping redundant conductive ink by scraping blade, pre-curing by UV pre-curing area, rolling and transferring to substrate through gravure roller and impression roller to obtain printing substrate, secondary UV curing, and rolling by roller. The conductive ink comprises graphene, UV initiator and photosensitive resin. USE - The method is used for gravure printing graphene radio-frequency identification electronic label. ADVANTAGE - The method improves adhesive force of conductive ink on substrate, condition of printed antenna profile deformation expansion, conductivity of graphene RFID electronic label and printing applicability of graphene conductive ink in gravure printing, and solves contradiction between conductivity improving capability and ink layer profile deformation of intaglio printing technology of conductive ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for preparing graphene RFID electronic label using gravure printing method.
