NOVELTY - The electrode has a silver nano-wire thin film and a graphene thin film arranged on a transparent polymer substrate. Thickness of the silver nano-wire thin film is 5 to 300 nm. Thickness of the graphene thin film is 0.2 to 20 nm. Layer thickness of the silver nano-wire thin film and graphene film is 5 to 320 nm. The graphene thin film is prepared by a chemical vapor deposition process of graphene oxide. The transparent polymer substrate is polyethylene glycol terephthalate substrate, poly-dimethyl siloxane substrate, polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate substrate. USE - Flexible transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high light transmittance and low resistance, and provides unexpected synergistic effect by the silver nano-wire thin film and the graphene thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a flexible transparent electrode.
