NOVELTY - High-absorption electromagnetic shielding composite film is a double-layer composite film made of a film 1 made of a porous carbon material and a polymer matrix material, and a film 2 made of a conductive material and a polymer matrix material. USE - The electromagnetic shielding composite film is used in the preparation of electromagnetic shielding materials (claimed), and used in the applications of aerospace, communication electronics, and human body protection. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has super-high absorption efficiency. The porous carbon material layer can improve impedance matching and reduce the reflection of microwaves on the surface of the film. The graphene layer serves as a shielding reflector layer to provide excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. In the composite film, the asymmetric conductive network formed between the two layers forms a shielding mechanism of 'absorption, reflection and reabsorption' inside the film, which has super-high electromagnetic wave absorption efficiency and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the shielding composite film, involving (a) adding water to disperse the polymer matrix material to make a polymer matrix material suspension, (b) adding the porous carbon material to the polymer matrix material suspension, dispersing, forming into a film, and drying to obtain a film 1, (c) adding the conductive material to the polymer matrix material suspension, dispersing, forming into a film, and drying to obtain the film 2, and (d) performing hot-pressing of the film 1 and film 2 into a high-absorption electromagnetic shielding composite film.
