▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Green-green heat preservation mortar comprises 10-20 pts. wt. cement, 5-10 pts. wt. of fly ash, 30-50 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 10- 20 pts. wt. vitrified micro-beads, 20-50 pts. wt. river sand, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. of thickener, 005-1 pts. wt. of water-reducing agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. of reinforcing agent, and 30-60 pts. wt. water. USE - Green light heat preservation mortar for use in a building. Can also be used for a gypsum-based composite light insulating mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar reduces the use amount of the cement, the capillary pore with good filling aggregate filling is dense, improves the performance of the mortar, and reduces the water consumption of the mixing system, the fly ash is added with the use of saving a large amount of cement and fine aggregate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing modified graphene, which involves: a. adding 1-2 pts. wt. graphene into 100 -200 pts. wt. of water, the ultrasonic power is 50-200 W frequency, 20-130 kHz ultrasonic processing for 30-60 minutes to obtain the graphene suspension; b. adding 2-5 pts. wt. of 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bis trifluoromethyl sulfonyl imide salt into a suspension stirred at a stirring speed of 300-500 revolutions per minutes, raising the temperature of the suspension a to 60-100 degrees Celsius, stirring and refluxing and reacting for 5-10 hours, then centrifuging for 20-30 minutes at 8000 ~ 10000 revolutions per minutes for collecting insoluble substance then freezing and drying for 24-36 hours at -45(-)-55degrees Celsius to obtain the modified graphene.
