▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide protective film on surface of copper-based metal comprises (i) activating copper-based metal work piece surface using dilute sulfuric acid solution, (ii) immersing the activated copper-based metal work piece obtained in the step (i) in a 2-mercaptoethylamine solution for adsorption reaction, (iii) immersing the copper-based metal work piece in the mixed solution obtain to amidation reaction, where the reaction time is 1.5-2 hours, the reaction temperature is -5 to -8 degrees C, the mass ratio of mixed dispersion consists of edge-chloridized graphene oxide, tetrahydrofuran and 0.5 mol-L sodium hydroxide solution is 1:3.6-4:6-8 and (iv) soaking the copper based metal work piece in ultra-pure water at 70-75 degrees C for 50-60 minutes, drying in the oven to obtain a graphene oxide protective film on the surface of the copper-based metal workpiece. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide protective film on surface of copper-based metal. ADVANTAGE - The method has high stability, high lubricity and excellent conductivity.
