NOVELTY - The method involves performing electrochemical oxidation intercalation reaction on natural flake graphite to obtain graphite intercalation compound. The electrochemical oxidation and exfoliation is performed on the graphite interlayer compound to obtain electrochemical graphene oxide. The ultrasonic dispersion is performed on the electrochemical graphene oxide to obtain a stable graphene oxide dispersion. The natural flake graphite and a certain concentration of sulfuric acid are weiged in a certain proportion and mixed into a paste. A diaphragm is spread on the cathode part of the electrochemical intercalation reaction device. The direct current (DC) power supply (2) is turned on. The current density and reaction time is controlled, a constant current electrochemical intercalation reaction is carried out, the electrode plate is taken out after the oxidation intercalation reaction is completed, and the graphite intercalation compound is obtained. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide based on secondary controllable electrochemical technology. ADVANTAGE - The preparation cost of the graphene oxide is greatly reduced.
