▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A secondary battery comprises positive electrode containing positive electrode active material containing lithium, transition metal, oxygen, and an additive element. The positive electrode active material contains particles (101) containing surface layer portion and inside and particles (102) in which at least a portion of particles (101) are fixed. The concentration of additive element in the surface or surface layer portion of particles (101) is higher than the concentration of additive element in the inside portion. USE - Secondary battery used in electrical devices and vehicles (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electrical vehicles, hybrid vehicles, electrical wheel chair, rocket, spacecraft, submarine, ship, power storage devices, display device, light emitting device, and lighting system. ADVANTAGE - The Secondary battery e.g. lithium ion secondary battery has excellent cycle characteristics, capacity, charging/discharging characteristics, lightweight, reliability, safety, suppressed degradation and manufactured at low cost.
