▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Mortar composition comprises 50-60 wt.% of quicklime, which is used as a steelmaking flux for an electric furnace or a converter to increase the purity of iron generated during iron production process, and a re-emulsifying powder resin binder for reinforcing adhesive strength with concrete and self-flexural strength as a reinforcing material, where the antibacterial powder is pulverized to particle size of 10-100 mm and at temperature of 1000-1400 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The dolomite powder is heated and calcined to remove impurities and residual organic matter. The reinforcing fiber is dispersed in a methyl methacrylate monomer solution and spraying it on the reinforcing fiber. USE - The composition is useful for repairing concrete. ADVANTAGE - The mortar composition has excellent tensile strength, drying shrinkage, cracking resistance and antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Mortar composition comprises 50-60 wt.% of quicklime, which is used as a steelmaking flux for an electric furnace or a converter to increase the purity of iron generated during iron production process, and a re-emulsifying powder resin binder for reinforcing adhesive strength with concrete and self-flexural strength as a reinforcing material, where the antibacterial powder is pulverized to particle size of 10-100 mm and at temperature of 1000-1400 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The dolomite powder is heated and calcined to remove impurities and residual organic matter. The reinforcing fiber is dispersed in a methyl methacrylate monomer solution and spraying it on the reinforcing fiber. The composition comprises inorganic binder selected from cement, blast furnace slag powder, nickel slag powder, quenched steel reduced slag powder, and/or fly ash powder; at least one fine aggregate including silica sand, recycled aggregate, or crushed aggregate, water, reinforcement containing reinforcing fibers coated with antibacterial powder including dolomite powder, pozzolan powder, and zeolite powder in weight ratio of 1:0.5:0.5 with diameter of 500-1000 mu m and length of 1-5 mm, exclusion slag powder to increase the purity of iron generated during the iron production process, and contains 50-60 wt.% quicklime which is used as steelmaking flux for electric furnaces or converters, and VAE re-emulsifying powder resin binder for reinforcing adhesive strength with concrete and self-flexural strength. The antibacterial powder is produced by pulverizing powders to a particle size of 10-100 mm, removing the contaminants adsorbed to the micropores by heating and calcining at temperature of 1000-1400 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating and calcining dolomite powder pulverized to particle size of 500-1000 mu m at temperature of 1000-1200 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to remove impurities and residual organic matter, washing and drying in purified water to obtain mixture of pozzolan powder and zeolite powder pulverized to particle size of 100-500 mu m and specific surface area of 1000-3000 m2/g. The reinforcing fiber is produced by dispersing the antibacterial powder in methyl methacrylate monomer solution, and spraying it on the reinforcing fiber, or spraying methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer solution on the surface of the reinforcing fiber, spraying the antibacterial powder to reinforce the tensile strength, drying shrinkage, crack resistance and antibacterial properties of the mortar composition by the reinforcing fibers, and reinforcing the rapid setting and compressive strength of the mortar composition by the exclusion slag powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for constructing concrete cross-section restoration.
