NOVELTY - Preparing the graphene moisture proof masterbatch comprises e.g. (i) adding alkoxide of calcium into a alcohol solvent, mixing uniformly into alcohol solution to obtain precursor liquid, (ii) mixing the precursor liquid obtained in the step (i) with graphene ethanol dispersion liquid having concentration of 1-2 mg/ml, adding sodium hydroxide alcohol solution, stirring and reacting for 20-40 minutes to obtain graphene modified sol, (iii) taking the sol obtained in the step (ii), adding into a reaction vessel at room temperature, carrying out hydrolysis reaction occurs in the water vapor, atomizing the product and drying to obtain granules, continuously calcining at high temperature to btain graphene-containing nano-calcium oxide, (iv) adding obtained graphene-containing nano-calcium oxide into the high-speed mixer, carrying out surface treatment, adding aluminate coupling agent at 110-120 degrees C, adding polyethylene wax and carrier resin, continuously stirring at high speed. USE - The masterbatch is useful for processing waste plastic recycling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is useful for preparing the graphene moisture proof masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing the graphene moisture proof masterbatch comprises (i) adding alkoxide of calcium into a alcohol solvent, mixing uniformly into alcohol solution to obtain precursor liquid, (ii) mixing the precursor liquid obtained in the step (i) with graphene ethanol dispersion liquid having concentration of 1-2 mg/ml, adding sodium hydroxide alcohol solution, stirring and reacting for 20-40 minutes to obtain graphene modified sol, (iii) taking the sol obtained in the step (ii), adding into a reaction vessel at room temperature, carrying out hydrolysis reaction occurs in the water vapor, atomizing the product and drying to obtain granules, continuously calcining at high temperature to obtain graphene-containing nano-calcium oxide, (iv) adding obtained graphene-containing nano-calcium oxide in the step (ii) into the high-speed mixer, carrying out surface treatment, adding aluminate coupling agent at 110-120 degrees C, adding polyethylene wax and carrier resin, continuously stirring at high speed, and mixing uniformly, transferring into a twin-screw granulator for mixing, plasticizing, granulating, and vacuum collecting to obtain graphene moisture-proof masterbatch.
