NOVELTY - A graphene-ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene-octylene copolymer, 3-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. stearic acid, 0.2-1 pt. wt. zinc stearate, 0.3-2 pts. wt. foaming additives, 0.3-1 pt. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1.5-5 pts. wt. foaming agent and 0.01-0.3 pt. wt. graphene. USE - Graphene-ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material for sneaker sole material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material has excellent tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite foaming material, which involves mixing graphene, silicon dioxide, talc powder in a high speed kneader, pre-heating for 15-25 minutes at 85-95 degrees C and 25-35 Hz, further adding foaming agent and crosslinking agent into the kneader, mixing for 1.5-2.5 hours at 85-95 degrees C and 25-35 Hz to obtain a premix, pouring ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-octylene copolymer, coupling agent, stearic acid, zinc stearate, foaming additive and premix into internal mixer, mixing for 4-5 times at 110-115 degrees C for 12-15 minutes, kneading in open mill to a thickness of 1-2 cm, thinning to a thickness of 2-3 mm, granulating in a granulator, vulcanizing at 170-190 degrees C, curing for 250-350 seconds and finishing.
