NOVELTY - A graphene polyurethane composite sponge material with good air permeability comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polyol, 10-35 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 8-20 pts. wt. graphene-zeolite composite, 5-15 pts. wt. porous ceramic particles, 0.01-3 pts. wt. opener, 0.05-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.01-3 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - The graphene polyurethane composite sponge material with good air permeability is used in in mattress, sofa cushion, automobile cushion or clothes filler (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves air permeability and heat conductivity of sponge material. It has high rebound rate and mechanical strength. It improves theu se comfort of sponge material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the sponge material comprising mixing polyol, graphene-zeolite complex, porous ceramic particles and silane coupling agent, and dispersing to obtain polyol slurry; mixing polyol slurry, opening agent and foaming agent uniformly to obtain first component; and uniformly mixing first component with polyisocyanate and entering continuous foaming production line to react.
