NOVELTY - Hydrophobic glass mosaic comprises 70-85 pts. wt. glass powder, 5-15 pts. wt. quartz sand, 10-15 pts. wt. calcite, 1-8 pts. wt. dolomite, 1-3 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.1-1 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 10-15 pts. wt. 1-vinylimidazole, 0-1 pts. wt. polyfluortetraethylene, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-1 pts. wt. coloring agent, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. emulsifier, where the glass mosaic is irradiated by UV light in preparation process to form a hydrophobic structure. USE - The hydrophobic glass mosaic is useful for decorating building material of bathroom wall ground, glass ceramic brick or glass paper leather brick. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic glass mosaic has self-cleaning effect. The method is simple, easy to realize, and can be popularized in large range.
