NOVELTY - A graphene electrode-containing secondary battery has a positive electrode containing graphene, negative electrode containing aluminum-silicon alloy, and an electrolyte solution containing aluminum ions, chloride ions and 1-ethyl-3-methylimizadolium. The molar ratio of 1-ethyl-3-methylimizadolium and aluminum ions is 3:2-4:1. USE - Graphene electrode-containing secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery has charging/discharging performance of more than 3.5V, cycle life of more than 5000 and energy density of more than 90 Wh/kg.
