NOVELTY - Multifunctional washable conductive composite yarn comprises a base, whose inner part is yarn continuous carbon-based conductive layer, and the outer part of the base is yarn wear-resistant and washable composite conductive layer, where the base is yarn nylon or a polyester stretch textured yarn. USE - The multifunctional washable conductive composite yarn is useful for producing wear-resistant textile electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The composite yarn has high conductivity, fast response speed, good flexibility, wear-resistant and washable, does not affect the flexibility and improves the conductivity. The method has simple operation, easy industrial production and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the method for preparing multifunctional washable conductive composite yarn comprising (i) configuring carbon-based conductive paste and composite conductive paste, (ii) dipping the base yarn into the configured carbon-based conductive slurry, leading out from the conductive slurry through the micro-scraping hole, entering into the drying device for heat setting and drying under the specific tension stretching deformation, forming a continuous carbon-based conductive layer in the interior of the yarn, and (iii) conductive coating yarn further dipped into the configured composite conductive slurry, leading out and entering the drying device for drying to obtain multifunctional washable conductive composite yarn.
