▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has flexible substrate (1), metal electrode (2), and grid type graphene thin film layer (3). The metal electrode is fixedly connected on top face two ends of the flexible substrate. A graphene thin film layer is connected on the flexible substrate and metal electrode for covering. The flexible substrate is provided with liquid crystal high molecular polymer (LCP) plate (101), first LCP film (102) and second LCP film (103). The metal electrode is made of gold, silver, copper, aluminum, platinum or titanium. USE - Flexible pressure piezo-resistive pressure sensor for use in biomedical wearable device. ADVANTAGE - The highly sensitive flexible pressure piezo-resistive pressure sensor is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of flexible pressure piezo-resistive pressure sensor.
