The nano material is selected from boron nitride, graphene, carbon nanodots, carbon nanotubes and fullerenes. The functionalized nano epoxy isoprene rubber structure contains beta -hydroxy ester bonds. USE - Functionalized nano epoxy isoprene rubber used in rubber nanocomposite for tread rubber of aircraft tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized nano epoxy isoprene rubber has low heat generation, high strength and high toughness, and improved comprehensive performance of the aircraft tire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a rubber nanocomposite for tread rubber of the aircraft tire, which comprises synthetic polyisoprene, functionalized nano-epoxy isoprene rubber, carbon black, an active agent, sulfur and an accelerator.
