▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of 4-(3-hydroxyazetidine-1-yl)benzoic acid modified graphene oxide is claimed for preparation of heating films. USE - 4-(3-hydroxyazetidine-1-yl)benzoic acid modified graphene oxide used for preparation of heating films for enhancing thermal conductivity and mechanical properties (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The 4-(3-hydroxyazetidine-1-yl)benzoic acid modified graphene oxide is prepared by simple method, where obtained graphene heating film has excellent thermal conductivity, high heating efficiency, and uniform surface temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing modified graphene oxide, which involves performing esterification of 4-(3-hydroxyazetidine-1-yl)benzoic acid with graphene oxide; (2) a graphene-based slurry, which comprises modified graphene oxide; and (3) a method for preparing graphene heating film, which involves pre-treating base material to increase roughness of surface; taking polyimide, modified graphene oxide, xylene, and amine curing agent according to weight ratio, then mixing uniformly to obtain slurry; and coating obtained slurry on pretreated base material, and vacuum-drying for 10-15 hours to obtain graphene heating film.
