▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Mono-guanidine functionalized oxidized graphene bactericide comprises oxidized graphene, silane guanidine reagent and bromo-n-butane at a ratio 1 g:(8-12) ml:(8-12) ml. USE - Mono-guanidine functionalized oxidized graphene bactericide for use in the filed of packaging preservative material, sanitary material, decorative material and textile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bactericide: uses graphene oxide as skeleton and oxygen-containing groups on its surface and edges as reactive sites so that the subsequent silane guanidine reagent is reacted with reactive sites to graft onto the surface and edges of graphene oxide; has synergistic effect to effectively increase the antibacterial speed and improve bactericidal effect of the bactericide; is easier to disperse uniformly in the matrix resin without agglomeration; has improved stability during use and extended lifespan; and is not easy to seep out. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing mono-guanidine functionalized oxidized graphene bactericide, which involves: a. preparing silane guanidine reagent by adding 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl urea and oxalyl chloride in a solvent at a volume ratio of 1:(2-3):(1-1.2) under inert vacuum and stirring state, reacting for 1-3 hours at 60°C, removing the solvent to obtain white or light yellow solid of guanidine salt; b. dissolving guanidine salt in silane reagent under the protection of inert gas, where the molar ratio of guanidine salt and silane reagent is 1:(1-1.3) and slowly raising the temperature to 80°C for 40-50 hours to obtain brown-red viscous silane guanidine solution; and c. preparing antibacterial agent by adding 1 g oxidized graphene in 100 ml anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 1-3 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed brown-yellow dispersion, slowly adding 8-12 ml prepared silane guanidine solution, reacting for 20-24 hours at 40°C, adding 8-12 ml bromo-n-butane, reacting for 8-10 hours at 80°C, centrifuging, freezing and drying to obtain themono-guanidine functionalized oxide graphene bactericide; and 2. an application of the mono-guanidine functionalized oxidized graphene bactericide, which involves applying the bactericide to package preservative material, sanitary material, decorative material and textile field.
