▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium implant surface coating graphene involves (a) grinding the surface of the titanium implant-sandblasting-acid etching treatment, (b) performing silanization treatment on the surface treated in step (a), (c) using self-assembling technology to introduce a nano-sheet solution of reduced oxidation coating graphene on surface of titanium implant, where the soaking solution is 0.4-4 wt.% of the mass of the reduced oxidation graphene nano sheet solution, and soaking time is 1-6 hours, and (d) using soaking self-assembly. USE - The method for preparing titanium implant surface coating graphene and bioactive substance loaded by the soaking method, clinical bone defect and denticutal defect, deletion of treatment and bone defect repair of osteogenic activity. ADVANTAGE - The method provides titanium implant surface coating graphene with high load performance, in order to improve the antibacterial characteristics implant and osteogenic characteristics, and with good loading ability of the graphene coating, capable of absorbing and releasing antiinflammatory medicine, growth factor and so on, further enhancing titanium implant antibacterial and promoting bone integration, osteogenesis differentiation of bone defect repair.
