NOVELTY - Preparing tungsten oxide/carbon-based nano-composite hydrosol, comprises nano tungsten oxide, graphene oxide and carboxylated carbon nano-tube. The mass ratio of nano tungsten oxide and carbon-based material graphene oxide and carboxylated carbon nano-tube is 20:1-5:1, and the mass ratio of graphene oxide and carboxylated carbon nano-tube is 8:1-4:1. USE - The hydrosol is useful in wastewater treatment and adsorbing and recycling rare earth ion and heavy metal ion in waste water and photo-catalytic degradation of organic pollutants (claimed).
