NOVELTY - Producing restored oxide graphene/polyaniline composite, comprises e.g. adding graphene oxide into anhydrous polar solvent, ultrasonicating to prepare suspension, adding anchoring agent and diamine compound into suspension, stirring to modify surface of oxidized graphene with amino group, washing amino group-modified graphene oxide, drying to synthesize oxidized graphene modified with amino group, dispersing oxidized graphene modified with amino group in acidic solution, and sonicating grafted oxide to obtain oxidized graphene suspension modified with amino group. USE - The composite is useful in sensor including hydrogen peroxide detection sensor, ammonia detection sensor and pH sensor (all claimed) and electrode for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite improves sensitivity of sensor, has long-term cyclic stability, and can be prepared easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing restored oxide graphene/polyaniline composite, comprises (a) adding graphene oxide into anhydrous polar solvent, and ultrasonicating to prepare suspension, (b) adding anchoring agent and diamine compound into the obtained suspension, and stirring to modify the surface of the oxidized graphene to amino group, (c) washing the amino group-modified graphene oxide, and drying to synthesize oxidized graphene modified with amino group, (d) dispersing the oxidized graphene modified with amino group in an acidic solution, and sonicating grafted oxide in an ultrasonic bath to obtain oxidized graphene suspension modified with amino group, (e) adding the solution obtained by dissolving aniline and oxidizing agent into the suspension of oxidized graphene while stirring to prepare the covalently-bonded reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline composite, and (f) washing, and drying the obtained composite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for restored oxide graphene/polyaniline composite produced by the above method.
