▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible and organic polymer solar cell comprises a flexible substrate, a bottom electrode buffer layer, bottom electrode, hole transport layer, a high-performance light organic polymer layer, an electron transport layer and a top electrode. The position of the hole transfer layer and the electron transfer layer can be exchanged. The material of the light-organic polymer layer comprises non-fullerene polymer organic small molecules and organic colloid bonding agent made of organic colloidal bonding agent. The materials of the buffer layer of the bottom electrode and bottom electrode separately include metal, conductive inorganic substance, a conductive organic material, a nano-structure metal, the conductive material and metal oxide, and the bottom electrodes are made of different materials. USE - Flexible and organic polymer solar cell used in energy supply system of stretchable electronic device e.g. wearable electronic device, electronic skin and stretchable display. ADVANTAGE - The flexible and organic polymer solar battery can be repeatedly bent and has high light conversion efficiency. It has intrinsic flexibility and stretchability, increases the bending times of the battery and the stretching times, reduces the series resistor, improves the filling factor and current density, and the energy conversion efficiency is effectively improved. It can reach 10% of photoelectric conversion efficiency under the condition that the stretchability is 50% .
