NOVELTY - Multi-dimensional nano cutting fluid additive comprises 1-3 pts. wt. silicon carbide nano powder, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphite powder and 82-95 pts. wt. base oil. USE - Used as multi-dimensional nano cutting fluid additive. ADVANTAGE - The fluid additive: has super lubricity, excellent cleaning, non-stick metal shavings and excellent surface finish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multi-dimensional nano cutting fluid additive comprising (i) adding 50 pts. wt. base oil, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon carbide nano powder, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphite powder into reactor under normal temperature and pressure conditions, stirring at a rate of 300-700 revolutions/minute for 4 hours to obtain initial product of additive, (ii) adding remaining 32-45 pts. wt. base oil and 3-10 pts. wt. graphene powder to initial product of additive obtained in step (i), stirring at a rate of 1500-2500 revolutions/minute for 2 hours, allowing to stand to obtain finished product, and (iii) carrying out sampling inspection and analysis on the finished additives in step (ii), qualifying and pumping into cans to obtain final product.
