NOVELTY - Manufacturing electrochemical biosensor device based on hemoglobin (Hb) and boron-doped graphene quantum dots (B-GQDs) modified electrodes, comprises (i) mixing graphite powder and HPPF6, grinding in a mortar, adding into glass electrode tube and compacting, inserting the copper wire as lead electrode, to obtain carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE), and polishing the electrode surface; and (ii) applying B-GQDs ultrasonic dispersion droplets on the CILE surface, natural drying the GQDs/CILE and applying Hb aqueous solution, naturally drying before dripping in Nafion solution, and drying. USE - The biosensor device is useful for sodium nitrite electrocatalytic reduction detection (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing electrochemical biosensor device based on hemoglobin (Hb) and boron-doped graphene quantum dots (B-GQDs) modified electrodes, comprises (i) mixing 1.6 g graphite powder and 0.8 g HPPF6, grinding in a mortar, adding into glass electrode tube of phi 4 mm and compacting, inserting the copper wire as lead electrode, to obtain carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE), and polishing the electrode surface with mirror-polished weighing paper before use; and (ii) applying B-GQDs ultrasonic dispersion droplets on the CILE surface, natural drying the GQDs/CILE and applying Hb aqueous solution, naturally drying before dripping in Nafion solution, drying to obtain modified electrode Nafion/Hb/B-GQDs/CILE; using the same method to prepare Nafion/CILE, Nafion/Hb/CILE, Nafion/B-GQDs/CILE and other modified electrodes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of the biosensor device, comprising taking phosphate buffer solution (pH 4) as the test solution, and using the cyclic voltammetry to test the practical application of electrochemical biosensing devices with a scan rate of 100 mV/s.
