NOVELTY - Manufacture of porous graphene filter involves forming graphene filter (F1) comprising pore (p1) having predetermined size (s1) by substituting portion of carbon atom by substitutional atom produced from a substituted source containing pyridine, and formed between deposition of carbon atom generated from a carbon source used for graphene formation, forming graphene filter (F2) comprising pore (p2) having size (s2) larger than size (s1), and formed in the graphene and arranging filter (F1) and filter (F2) within a filter mainframe. USE - Manufacture of porous graphene filter is used in filter apparatus (claimed) for dialysis of blood and separation of target gas. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of porous graphene filter having excellent strength and filtration performance, and suppressed defect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of porous graphene filter involves forming graphene filter (F1) comprising pore (p1) having predetermined size (s1) by substituting portion of carbon atom by substitutional atom produced from a substituted source containing pyridine, and formed between deposition of carbon atom generated from a carbon source used for graphene formation, forming graphene filter (F2) comprising pore (p2) having size (s2) larger than size (s1), and formed in the graphene by substituting portion of carbon atom by substitutional atom produced from substituted source containing pyridine and arranging filter (F1) and filter (F2) within a filter mainframe provided with an inflow port and a discharge port.
