▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The forming method involves mixing graphene and alcohol forming a graphene alcohol solution, and cold pressing polymer powder to form a pressed seal powder. The pressed seal powder is exposed to the graphene alcohol solution, where a portion of the graphene alcohol solution infiltrates the pressed seal powder forming an infiltrated pressed seal powder. The infiltrated pressed seal powder forming a polymer seal having graphene embedded within the polymer seal is sintered. The polymer seal comprises polytetrafluoroethylene. The graphene has an average lateral size of 150-3000 nm. The alcohol is ethanol. The polymeric material is a polymer powder. USE - Method for forming a graphene-embedded seal. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to form a graphene-embedded seal that has increased wear resistance relative to the base material of the seal, and is highly desirable for a range of materials.
