NOVELTY - Polyethylene water supply pipe comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyethylene resin powder, 20-30 pts. wt. regenerated polyethylene material, 10-16 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. polyacrylamide/nano-metal quantum dot composite material, 4-8 pts. wt. modified nano-graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 2-4 pts. wt. polylactic acid fiber, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. lubricant. USE - As polyethylene water supply pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, no electrochemical corrosion and strong adaptability, withstands the erosion of various chemical media such as acid, alkali, salt and oil, and is non-corrosive, durable, prepared by simple process, easy to operate and suitable for long-term use, which does not rot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the pipe, involving (a) adding polyethylene resin powder, regenerated polyethylene and silicone rubber to high-speed mixer, increasing the temperature to 140-160 degrees C, performing high-speed stirring, adding silane coupling agent, uniformly mixing and stirring for 30-50 minutes, adding acrylamide/nano-metal quantum dot composite material, modified nano-graphene, organic montmorillonite, polylactic acid fiber, antioxidant, silane coupling agent and lubricant to the high-speed mixer, performing high-speed stirring and mixing at 120-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling the mixed material to 40 degrees C, (b) adding obtained mixed material to a drawing machine, and performing melt-extrusion granulation, and (c) cooling the obtained pellets, adding cooled pellets to a material cylinder, controlling the temperature of material drum to 220-250 degrees C, extruding the material into polyethylene water supply pipe using die opening of extruder, spraying, and cooling the polyethylene water supply pipe using cooling water tank to obtain the product.
