NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive coating comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-25 pts. wt. phosphate, 10-35 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 4-15 pts. wt. aniline monomer, 5-15 pts. wt. benzenesulfonic acid, 0.8-2.8 pts. wt. filler, 3-6 pts. wt. resin and 10-20 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - Used as anti-corrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosive coating: has reduces composition of organic matter and long service life, simple preparation process and low production cost; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosive coating comprising (i) mixing graphene, phosphate, silicon dioxide and aniline monomer, and then adding benzenesulfonic acid to aniline monomer polymerization reaction and then removing solution in the reaction suspension to obtain composite powder, and (ii) mixing composite powder obtained in step (i) with filler, resin, organic solvent and water to obtain slurry, and then removing organic solvent and water in slurry and then grinding to obtain final product.
