NOVELTY - Synthesizing surface of aluminum oxide graphite, comprises (a) raising the internal temperature of the reactor to a synthesis temperature; (b) placing aluminum oxide nanoparticles in the inner center of the reactor; (c) maintaining a set vacuum pressure inside the reactor by pumping air inside the reactor; (d) injecting a reaction gas into the reactor and maintaining it for a set synthesis time; and (e) cooling the inside of the reactor to room temperature after the synthesis time has elapsed. USE - The method is useful to synthesize surface of aluminum oxide graphite for high-purity carbon materials including graphene and carbon nanotube. ADVANTAGE - The method synthesizes composite material using various catalysts which can be applied to other areas.
