NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material comprises dispersing graphene oxide in formaldehyde aqueous solution to obtain dispersion A; dispersing melamine and ammonium tetrathiomolybdate in deionized water to obtain dispersion B; and mixing dispersion A and dispersion B, heating to 50-80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, adjusting pH to 7-9, heating to 100-200 degrees C for 12-24 hours, drying to obtain black solid powder, placing to microwave reaction chamber, and microwave heating at 300-1200 W for 1-60 minutes. USE - The method is for preparation of nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material used as negative electrode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has reaction conditions that progress from mild to strong which achieve uniform fusion of nitrogen-doped precursors, active components and graphene interaction. The composite material is easy to store and not easily denatured in air, provides a good channel for lithium ion transmission, avoids the loss caused by sublimation of nitrogen-doped precursor in the traditional nitrogen-doping process, improves nitrogen-doping efficiency, and has good stability, large specific surface area, greater specific capacity and better cycle stability.
