NOVELTY - The method involves melting a hard layer metal by carbon arc gouging with an arc generated between a carbon rod or a carbon rod electrode. The floor in the pressure roller of roll groove is laid in a welding multi-layer primer. A pattern layer surfacing is performed in the hard layer with the graphene composite powder solder, so as to form a certain pattern. A base surfacing, hard surface layer surfacing and pattern layer surfacing processes are carried out using gas protection welding gun for generating protection gas for argon gas and carbon dioxide by specific ratio of mixture. USE - Graphene composite powder solder based gas protective pressure roller surface resurfacing and welding method. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is deposited with the reinforced pressure roller so as to greatly improve the surface hardness and wear-resisting property of the pressure roller surface. The pressure roller surface and planed groove are cleaned effectively. The graphene refining crystal particle is uniformly distributed on the welding layer surface.
