NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified wall material-based phase-change microcapsule involves dissolving graphene oxide in water, stirring, adding obtained graphene oxide solution to phase-change microcapsule wall material, obtaining graphene-modified wall material prepolymer (A), adding phase-change material to emulsifier solution, adding acid to adjust pH, heating resultant solution to a temperature more than the melting point of the phase change material, adding prepolymer (A) to obtained emulsion, heating, cooling, vacuum-filtering and vacuum-drying obtained product. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified wall material-based phase-change microcapsule (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified wall material-based phase-change microcapsule with excellent thermal conductivity and low leakage rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-modified wall material-based phase-change microcapsule involves dissolving graphene oxide in water, stirring, ultrasonically processing, adding obtained graphene oxide solution to phase-change microcapsule wall material, obtaining graphene-modified wall material prepolymer (A), adding phase-change material to an emulsifier solution, adding acid to adjust pH, heating resultant solution to a temperature more than the melting point of the phase change material, adding prepolymer (A) to obtained re-emulsifiable phase-change material emulsion, heating in a water bath with stirring, cooling, vacuum-filtering and vacuum-drying obtained product.
