▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional porous foam graphene material has a three-dimensional crosslinked porous structure with a pore size of 100-300 mu m and is prepared by using a metal foam material as a framework, growing a graphene layer by chemical vapor deposition to obtain an intermediate product (i), etching the product (i) with an etching solution at 40-60 degrees C for 2-24 hours, completely etching the metal foam material to obtain an intermediate product (ii), cleaning the product (ii) and drying. The etching solution is a mixture of component (I) and component (II) in a molar ratio of 1-3:1. The component (I) is dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid or dilute sodium hydroxide solution at a concentration of 0.5-3 mol/l. The component (II) is dilute nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium sulfate solution, ammonium chloride solution, ferric chloride solution and sodium nitrate solution, and has a concentration of 1-6 mol/l. USE - Three-dimensional porous foam graphene material is useful as a negative electrode current collector in a sodium metal secondary battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the three-dimensional porous foam graphene material as a negative electrode current collector in a sodium metal secondary battery.
